How to clean an enamel grate?
Enamelled metal grills must not be cleaned with steel wool or abrasive products. After all, they are quite easy to damage or scratch. But even for such gratings, there are several effective options for gentle cleaning:
- An easy and quick way is to wash it in the dishwasher.
- They can be washed using folk methods without using chemistry. It will be necessary to soak the grate in a solution of vinegar or mustard powder for several hours. After that, the grease is easily removed with a cloth or dish sponge.
- Also, carbon deposits can be cleaned with a melamine sponge. It must be soaked in a solution of laundry soap and treated with a grate from all sides.

Whichever method you choose, first of all, you need to carry out all work with rubber gloves. They will help to avoid irritation and damage to the skin or broken nails.
