Ener­goflex — high-qual­i­ty heat-insu­lat­ing mate­ri­als based on poly­eth­yl­ene foam with a spe­cial closed cell struc­ture. Due to their high per­for­mance prop­er­ties, mate­ri­als can be used to elim­i­nate heat loss in heat­ing sys­tems, hot and cold water sup­ply, air con­di­tion­ing and ven­ti­la­tion sys­tems. And thanks to the high mois­ture resis­tance, which excludes vapor and mois­ture pen­e­tra­tion to engi­neer­ing com­mu­ni­ca­tions, the for­ma­tion of con­den­sate and cor­ro­sion. Ener­goflex insu­la­tion made of foamed poly­eth­yl­ene with addi­tion­al rein­forc­ing lay­ers can be used to pro­tect ther­mal insu­la­tion from mechan­i­cal dam­age, atmos­pher­ic influ­ences and ultra­vi­o­let radi­a­tion. Ener­goflex Super — tech­ni­cal ther­mal insu­la­tion made of foamed poly­eth­yl­ene is ide­al for effec­tive heat, steam and noise insu­la­tion of pipes of var­i­ous diam­e­ters, tanks and fit­tings in water sup­ply and heat­ing sys­tems, sew­er­age, as well as build­ing envelopes. The mate­r­i­al of the prod­ucts is resis­tant to aggres­sive envi­ron­ments, has increased strength, mois­ture resis­tance and dura­bil­i­ty, effec­tive­ly reduces heat loss­es and struc­tur­al noise.

Insu­la­tion Ener­goflex Super pro­tects the sur­face of the equip­ment from con­den­sate and cor­ro­sion, pre­vents the coolant from freez­ing for a spec­i­fied time. When used inside build­ings and struc­tures, there is no need to use a vapor bar­ri­er and cov­er lay­ers. Envi­ron­men­tal­ly friend­ly mate­r­i­al, safe to use, does not require per­son­al pro­tec­tive equip­ment. It is made in the form of tubes and sheets.

Ener­goflex Black Star — heat-insu­lat­ing mate­ri­als from the made foam poly­eth­yl­ene are spe­cial­ly devel­oped for appli­ca­tion in sys­tems of ven­ti­la­tion and con­di­tion­ing. Pos­sess­ing a closed cell struc­ture, the mate­r­i­al has a high resis­tance to vapor and mois­ture pen­e­tra­tion, which is espe­cial­ly impor­tant when insu­lat­ing cold sur­faces.

Ener­goflex Super AL is a com­bined insu­lat­ing mate­r­i­al made by extru­sion of high-pres­sure poly­eth­yl­ene with its simul­ta­ne­ous foam­ing with a butane-propane mix­ture. To enhance pro­tec­tion, Ener­goflex Super Al roll mate­r­i­al is cov­ered with a reflec­tive lay­er of alu­minum foil 11 microns thick. Rolls of ther­mal insu­la­tion with an alu­minum lay­er are used for ther­mal insu­la­tion of pipes in engi­neer­ing net­works, as well as reflec­tive insu­la­tion for walls, roofs, floors, ceil­ings and oth­er build­ing envelopes.

The sheet form allows the use of Ener­goflex Super Al insu­la­tion for ther­mal insu­la­tion of tanks and oth­er tech­no­log­i­cal equip­ment. The alu­minum lay­er elim­i­nates the for­ma­tion of sta­t­ic elec­tric­i­ty and the depo­si­tion of dust on the sur­face. The mate­r­i­al is mount­ed on the inner sur­face of the struc­ture with the alu­minum foil fac­ing inwards to pro­vide the nec­es­sary air gap between the foil and the fin­ish. In the same way, Ener­goflex Super AL rolls can be used as a vapor bar­ri­er.

Ener­goflex Super Pro­tect designed specif­i­cal­ly for insu­lat­ing heat­ing and water pipes laid in floor and wall struc­tures. Thanks to the pro­tec­tive red poly­mer coat­ing, Ener­goflex Super Pro­tect tubes are 50% stronger dur­ing oper­a­tion. Ther­mal insu­la­tion Ener­goflex Super Pro­tect is pro­duced by extru­sion of high-pres­sure poly­eth­yl­ene with its simul­ta­ne­ous foam­ing with a butane-propane mix­ture. At the same time, fre­on is not used in the pro­duc­tion, and the mate­r­i­al is com­plete­ly safe for peo­ple and the envi­ron­ment. Insu­la­tion has increased resis­tance to mechan­i­cal dam­age and aggres­sive build­ing mate­ri­als.

The poly­mer coat­ing increas­es the strength of the pipes by 50%, there­by mak­ing the insu­la­tion a reli­able pro­tec­tion for the pipes, and an elas­tic lay­er of poly­eth­yl­ene foam helps to com­pen­sate for the ther­mal expan­sion of the pipes. Advanced tech­nol­o­gy of simul­ta­ne­ous extru­sion of poly­eth­yl­ene foam tube and poly­mer film ensures reli­able weld­ing of ther­mal insu­la­tion and coat­ing.

It is equal­ly effec­tive in use with heat­ing mats and cables, as well as with a water heat­ed floor sys­tem. Ther­mal insu­la­tion Ener­goflex is a roll of foamed poly­eth­yl­ene, which is cov­ered with a mas­sive lay­er of alu­minum foil. To pro­tect against cor­ro­sion, it is cov­ered with a lay­er of poly­mer film. Thanks to the foil lay­er 30 microm­e­ters thick, Ener­goflex insu­la­tion even­ly dis­trib­utes heat from the heat­ing ele­ments over the entire floor sur­face, retain­ing all the advan­tages of flex­i­ble ther­mal insu­la­tion dur­ing instal­la­tion.

Using Ener­gofloor Com­pact ther­mal insu­la­tion, you can cre­ate a uni­form com­fort­able tem­per­a­ture on the entire floor sur­face. At the same time, the cement-sand screed and the floor cov­er­ing will be max­i­mal­ly pro­tect­ed from local over­heat­ing and destruc­tion. The thick­ness of Ener­gofloor Com­pact sheet is very thin, so there will be very lit­tle floor ele­va­tion.

Slabs and mats Ener­gofloor Reflect — this is ther­mal insu­la­tion for under­floor heat­ing sys­tems used as the main heat­ing sys­tems. Ener­gofloor Reflect con­sists of dense poly­styrene foam cov­ered with alu­minum foil, which ensures uni­form heat­ing over the entire floor area. The foil coat­ing with spe­cial mark­ings for the con­ve­nience of lay­ing heat­ing ele­ments is pro­tect­ed by a strong and chem­i­cal­ly resis­tant poly­mer film.

High-den­si­ty high-den­si­ty expand­ed poly­styrene is not only an effec­tive heat-insu­lat­ing mate­r­i­al, but also allows Ener­gofloor Reflect to be used when arrang­ing under­floor heat­ing with an increased thick­ness of a cement-sand screed.
