Track LED lights — economical directional light

LED track lights are a pop­u­lar type of light­ing equip­ment that has spread from a pure­ly com­mer­cial use to res­i­den­tial design.

The name of this type of equip­ment con­tains its fea­ture — track-type lumi­naires are based track or flex­i­ble bus­bar. Depend­ing on the num­ber of bus­bars, it can be sin­gle-phase, two-phase or three-phase. Due to the design, LED track lights allow you to cre­ate a bright direc­tion­al stream of light, place accents, and high­light objects.

Track led lights are com­mon­ly used in light­ing sys­tems for trade and exhi­bi­tion areas, shop win­dows, bou­tiques, car deal­er­ships, even archi­tec­tur­al mon­u­ments or sculp­tur­al com­po­si­tions in open areas. Among the advan­tages of track LED lamps are:

• ease of instal­la­tion and dis­man­tling;

• the abil­i­ty to attach to both straight and inclined sur­faces;

• the abil­i­ty to change the angle of incli­na­tion;

• soft light, pleas­ing to the eye;

• lack of heat and UV emis­sion, which is impor­tant for art objects;

• vari­ety of design options.

When choos­ing track LED lumi­naires, pay atten­tion to the dimen­sions, col­or and mate­r­i­al of the body, the angle of incli­na­tion. Also impor­tant are the para­me­ters of col­or tem­per­a­ture and lumi­nous flux — and, accord­ing­ly, ener­gy con­sump­tion. These para­me­ters are direct­ly relat­ed to the char­ac­ter­is­tics of the room — its pur­pose, size, etc.

To place a house or apart­ment in a design project, they are guid­ed by the mount­ing option, col­or ver­sion, the shape of the device — a num­ber of com­pa­nies offer design options (cylin­dri­cal, cone-shaped, rec­tan­gu­lar, etc.).

A sin­gle lumi­naire or a whole group can be mount­ed on one bus­bar. At the same time, it is easy to add or remove fix­tures as need­ed.

Prices for fix­tures vary, depend­ing on the man­u­fac­tur­er, hous­ing mate­ri­als and equip­ment char­ac­ter­is­tics. In addi­tion to the lumi­naire with a lamp, bus­bar or track, the kit includes con­nec­tion ele­ments, fas­ten­ers and turn­ing parts.
